Ok – I’ll try to ask this question again but a bit more clearly.

When playing the slot games at Ladylucks, can the Jackpot appear/be won on ANY payline that you are betting on, or can it Only appear/be won on the center line – regardless of how many paylines you have betted on ?

Your question applies to slots games at LadyLucks. Before placing a bet you can choose how many paylines your bet is on. 1 payline = the center payline. You can usually add upto 29 more paylines with some going in diagonal patterns.
